Matt came and did our quarterly service and the annual check of the Sentricon stations. All the techs that have provided service have been great, but I’m so happy to have Matt back. He’s the best! Very professional and thorough. Goes above and beyond to make things easy and convenient for us. Thank you, HTP, for such great service.

I didn't get a chance to meet our tech, but we were notified that he was on his way, just as we requested. He was here within the time we were told. Quick, efficient. I won't know how happy I really am until we don't see red wasps this year. Each of the past 2 or 3 years you've sprayed, we have not had them. Such a relief. I don't expect to this year, either! This company always delivers, and the service is excellent. Gives a good heads up when they will be here, and show when expected. Even living out in the country, they work well to keep the creepy crawlies away!! Highly recommend, and you won’t regret it.

I did do price checking before hiring this company. This company talks to you like old friends. They offer great pricing. Other companies were robot like talking plus priced expensive. My technician David was extremely thorough, friendly, kind, and Godly. He informed me of every step he took and what he was doing. He encouraged me to walk with him and watch to ensure proper service. I could not recommend this man and this company enough. We are new to the area and found HTP online. We called to inquire about price and services. We received a response immediately and our new home was treated in 2 days. Davis Taylor was our technician and he was amazing! He explained everything he was doing and why in detail and even walked my property with me and showed me things to look for and avoid to control the ants. He really took his time and did not rush. Also Mr. Taylor was extremely personable, almost felt like family by the time he left.

Mick was awesome when he showed up here. Great, personable guy who listened to everything I had to say even though I have a stutter. I called in as a new customer on a Thursday and got a technician out here by Monday morning. Fast service. I also appreciated how he explained how everything worked and what it would do to protect my home. Phenomenal

Wonderful experience!! I called An employee, David Taylor and told him about a problem that my elderly neighbor was having and within minutes I was receiving a call from Clint. He got an employee over to help within hours!! Everyone was so nice and helpful! I will definitely use HTP again. I can never thank you and your team enough!!! Ya’ll Are the best!!

Our experience with Davis from HTP has been wonderful ! Each time we’ve had an issue he has taken the time to explain what we were dealing with, assure us he could help & promptly done just that !
