We moved into our home 6 months ago and have experienced a bug issue primarily in the kitchen from the beginning. The technician was absolutely amazing to work with. From the initial call he was kind and ready to solve our issue asap! Once he completed the first treatment, he explained his findings and how to best proceed with eliminating the problem. He was thorough and reassuring that he could help us. We will definitely tell our friends and family about HTP.

This company always delivers, and the service is excellent. Gives a good heads up when they will be here, and show when expected. Even living out in the country, they work well to keep the creepy crawlies away!! Highly recommend, and you won’t regret it.

Matt is fantastic! He is always pleasant and prompt. Our dog and even our 10 month old get excited every time he comes over. He makes sure to address any issues we have and will explain in detail his answers to all questions in a way that actually makes sense. We enjoy his visits to take care of our home.

I didn't get a chance to meet our tech, but we were notified that he was on his way, just as we requested. He was here within the time we were told. Quick, efficient. I won't know how happy I really am until we don't see red wasps this year. Each of the past 2 or 3 years you've sprayed, we have not had them. Such a relief. I don't expect to this year, either! I signed up with the plan today because I had a pest problem with southern yellow jackets and Mr. Davis came out. He told me all about their plan and program I became a member and he was polite, very professional, and they killed all of the yellow jackets we are highly allergic, and I had no idea that they had made a nest on the front porch as we do not go out that door very much. I am very grateful that they came out to handle my problem. I called this morning they came out this afternoon. I could not be more happy with the service.
