Mick was excellent! He communicated clearly from the moment he scheduled his arrival through every step of the assessment process. He listened to my concerns, offered helpful feedback on preventative measures, and explained additional services—like termite prevention—that I hadn’t considered. He was friendly, courteous, and professional throughout.

I didn't get a chance to meet our tech, but we were notified that he was on his way, just as we requested. He was here within the time we were told. Quick, efficient. I won't know how happy I really am until we don't see red wasps this year. Each of the past 2 or 3 years you've sprayed, we have not had them. Such a relief. I don't expect to this year, either! I highly recommend HTP for any pesty needs! From the moment I called, they were very pleasant to work with. Response time was great and they worked with me on servicing my needs in a very timely manner without pressing them for time. Unfortunately, due to the known name Servall, I called them first but had a bad experience that led me to HTP instead. I say everything happens for a reason. Mr. Matt Vison does a very professional and thorough inspection in a friendly manner. He ensures he finds ALL the termite bait stations and that they are in good working order. This gentleman should be awarded a pay raise every year as he is the type of professional a company/business needs to retain for their work force.

Mick serviced our property today for the first time and we would highly recommend him and his company HTP Termite & Pest Control Service. He treated our property for Carpenter Bees, Mosquitoes, Termites & Pests. He was VERY thorough. He answered all my husband’s questions very knowledgeably & in detail. He arrived on time, even calling ahead to let me know he was on his way.

When he found out we had a dog he made sure to inform my husband to keep our pet in the house at least two hours after he completed spraying. We appreciate that he was cautious of our pet.

Recently been having an issue with cockroaches in my house called HTP Termite & Pest Control they came out same day after I called and took care of my cockroach issue and brown recluse issue that I had no idea I had as well as teaching me things about cockroaches which I never knew about. They were in and out and handled everything professionally will be using them again if I have any more pest issues

Matt is fantastic! He is always pleasant and prompt. Our dog and even our 10 month old get excited every time he comes over. He makes sure to address any issues we have and will explain in detail his answers to all questions in a way that actually makes sense. We enjoy his visits to take care of our home.

HTP technician made a thorough inspection. He asked if there were any specific problems we had noticed. He inspected and sprayed throughly both inside and out. He was professional and very courteous. HTP has serviced our property since 1969 and taken care of our insect and pest needs.

I signed up with the plan today because I had a pest problem with southern yellow jackets and Mr. Davis came out. He told me all about their plan and program I became a member and he was polite, very professional, and they killed all of the yellow jackets we are highly allergic, and I had no idea that they had made a nest on the front porch as we do not go out that door very much. I am very grateful that they came out to handle my problem. I called this morning they came out this afternoon. I could not be more happy with the service.
