The technician was very professional and explained everything that was being done on this service call. I felt that he went above what you’d expect for a yearly maintenance call. Very impressed and glad we decided to use this company to help protect our home!

These people have always been friendly, trustworthy, and excellent at their jobs. We live far in the country and pests are always a problem. I initially called for out of control cockroaches. I haven’t seen any cockroaches since they’ve sprayed my home. They started with a 3-4 month back to back spray, then a quarterly spray to keep pests away. Great value. Great communication. Would highly recommend.

Lee came out, and worked his magic. Found everything he needed to, lined the fix for those he couldn’t, and cleaned out the termite traps from the yearly muck. Companies are good, but people make the company. Lee has earned my business, and will continue to do so. I have no doubt.

Very thorough inspection and requested my input on where I thought the problems were. He explained everything he was going to do and about the bait they use, as I had problems mainly with mice, and I was desperate to get rid of them! He was professional and very kind.

Davis came to spray those pesky spiders away today. Yay! He even included my garage & walk area under the house, and kind to my dog & cats. He was professional & courteous. Also, the office always gives me the courtesy of a phone call to remind me of an upcoming appointment. I appreciate the reminder because I often forget. I'm grateful for their service.

Mick serviced our property today for the first time and we would highly recommend him and his company HTP Termite & Pest Control Service. He treated our property for Carpenter Bees, Mosquitoes, Termites & Pests. He was VERY thorough. He answered all my husband’s questions very knowledgeably & in detail. He arrived on time, even calling ahead to let me know he was on his way.

When he found out we had a dog he made sure to inform my husband to keep our pet in the house at least two hours after he completed spraying. We appreciate that he was cautious of our pet.

Just had an awesome experience with Davis, who came out and explained everything about pest control that I wanted to know. He definitely went above and beyond and I’m so glad I choose this service. I am very satisfied !!! Say No to the bug life !!!

Recently been having an issue with cockroaches in my house called HTP Termite & Pest Control they came out same day after I called and took care of my cockroach issue and brown recluse issue that I had no idea I had as well as teaching me things about cockroaches which I never knew about. They were in and out and handled everything professionally will be using them again if I have any more pest issues

Everyone I spoke with or interacted with at HTP was top notch. I called in and was able to get a quote the same day and service was scheduled for 2 days later. The price was extremely reasonable and included everything I might need. Austin & Christian were the 2 technicians sent out and they were both wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. We could not have asked for better service. Highly recommend HTP for anyone looking to handle any pest control issues.

I also own a business, and they service that as well. Their customer service is top-notch, and their products are excellent. Of course, like with any service industry, things happen from time to time. But whenever I’ve had an issue, I just give them a call, and they resolve it quickly. That’s just the nature of the bug industry—stuff happens, but it’s how they handle it that matters.
