HTP Termite & Pest Control

Mick serviced our property today for the first time and we would highly recommend him and his company HTP Termite & Pest Control Service. He treated our property for Carpenter Bees, Mosquitoes, Termites & Pests. He was VERY thorough. He answered all my husband’s questions very knowledgeably & in detail. He arrived on time, even calling ahead to let me know he was on his way.

When he found out we had a dog he made sure to inform my husband to keep our pet in the house at least two hours after he completed spraying. We appreciate that he was cautious of our pet.

Hayden is an outstanding employee. Friendly, Knowledgeable, and incredible customer service. I was curious what was in the termite bait stations, as Hayden serviced them he showed me and explained it all. Even hold me about studies done at the university of Florida on termite baits. A++

Technician was on time as scheduled. Explained to me what services he was going to perform, went about his duties and met with me upon completion. I am a fairly new customer (Annual Termite) and now Pest Extermination and all of my interactions have been positive experiences

Wonderful experience!! I called An employee, David Taylor and told him about a problem that my elderly neighbor was having and within minutes I was receiving a call from Clint. I also own a business, and they service that as well. Their customer service is top-notch, and their products are excellent. Of course, like with any service industry, things happen from time to time. But whenever I’ve had an issue, I just give them a call, and they resolve it quickly. That’s just the nature of the bug industry—stuff happens, but it’s how they handle it that matters.

I didn't get a chance to meet our tech, but we were notified that he was on his way, just as we requested. He was here within the time we were told. Quick, efficient. I won't know how happy I really am until we don't see red wasps this year. Each of the past 2 or 3 years you've sprayed, we have not had them. Such a relief. I don't expect to this year, either! Thank you :-)

I’ve used HTP pest control going on two years and they are always quick to get me set up. I’ve moved while having service and when I called to transfer over they were ready to get me back going. They explain everything and always show up on the scheduled days. That’s a huge deal in my book now days! I will always use them!

We moved into our home 6 months ago and have experienced a bug issue primarily in the kitchen from the beginning. The technician was absolutely amazing to work with. From the initial call he was kind and ready to solve our issue asap! Once he completed the first treatment, he explained his findings and how to best proceed with eliminating the problem. Please choose HTP over any other service. We've chosen at least one and had spider trouble within weeks. With HTP, we've had no trouble at all.

I called Friday afternoon needing someone to remove a Wasp nest. Luckily, I talked to Davis. He was here on Saturday, inspected the problem and sprayed everything. He was very professional and new exactly what was needed. I will definitely use him again.
