Matt is prompt, professional and extremely detailed during his service visits. Not only is service great, but my dog about jumps all over him and licks him and wants to play all the time. He’s super understanding and patient about it and is so good with him.

Wonderful experience!! I called An employee, David Taylor and told him about a problem that my elderly neighbor was having and within minutes I was receiving a call from Clint. Mick does an excellent job making sure everything is taken care of he is very kind and respectful! Everyone at HTP does an amazing job their work is fast and effective and it really works! HTP technician made a thorough inspection. He asked if there were any specific problems we had noticed. He inspected and sprayed throughly both inside and out. He was professional and very courteous. HTP has serviced our property since 1969 and taken care of our insect and pest needs.

The man who did the visit was very nice and professional. The price for the contract was the lowest I found. It is now 5 days past the original visit and I am still seeing roaches. So I'm disappointed in that. Whether it will get better? I truly hope!

Hayden has been servicing our property for quite some time. He’s very informative, great with our family pet, and always super professional. Today he had a helper/trainee perhaps, Hayden is definitely the person I would want training my employees. We never have any bugs, spiders, or ants in our house. HTP and Hayden are top notch in our eyes.

We moved into our home 6 months ago and have experienced a bug issue primarily in the kitchen from the beginning. The technician was absolutely amazing to work with. From the initial call he was kind and ready to solve our issue asap! Once he completed the first treatment, he explained his findings and how to best proceed with eliminating the problem. He was thorough and reassuring that he could help us. We will definitely tell our friends and family about HTP.

I didn't get a chance to meet our tech, but we were notified that he was on his way, just as we requested. He was here within the time we were told. Quick, efficient. I won't know how happy I really am until we don't see red wasps this year. Each of the past 2 or 3 years you've sprayed, we have not had them. Such a relief. I don't expect to this year, either!
