HTP Termite & Pest Control

I’ve been a customer of HTP for years now, and I can confidently say they are one of those rare companies that truly care about their customers and their work.

I also own a business, and they service that as well. Their customer service is top-notch, and their products are excellent. Of course, like with any service industry, things happen from time to time. But whenever I’ve had an issue, I just give them a call, and they resolve it quickly. That’s just the nature of the bug industry—stuff happens, but it’s how they handle it that matters.

Matt is great. He knows his job and does it the same way every time and makes sure you're satisfied. I know I can trust him and his work. If I'm not here and my grandfather is sleeping, he will check with me to see if I want him to lock the door when he leaves. He is a great worker for sure. One more thing whatever they use works wonders.

Super friendly very negotiable gave us a great deal on bed covers and checked everything and explained to us what to look for! Had him do several services for me and they have been nothing short of excellent everytime! Definitely someone to go to for your pest needs! Clint is wonderful!

Very thorough inspection and requested my input on where I thought the problems were. He explained everything he was going to do and about the bait they use, as I had problems mainly with mice, and I was desperate to get rid of them! He was professional and very kind.

Matthew serviced three houses for us today. He was on time, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, very professional. We have used HTP for several years and have never had a bad experience. Matthew is exceptional and should be commended for his dedication and service to customers. It is rare to find that so keep up the good work HTP. And thank you Matthew.

We had a wonderful experience with HTP pest control. They have come out to do a few treatments on our home. They are extremely polite, kind, and care about the work they do. Davis and Micheal took the time to speak with us and answer all questions we have. It was quick and easy to get ahold of the company and quick to get service. My house has never been sprayed and serviced as good as it was today. It was our first service from Mick and he was EXCELLENT. Recently been having an issue with cockroaches in my house called HTP Termite & Pest Control they came out same day after I called and took care of my cockroach issue and brown recluse issue that I had no idea I had as well as teaching me things about cockroaches which I never knew about. They were in and out and handled everything professionally will be using them again if I have any more pest issues

My 1st service with this company was done by Harrison and I must say I was impressed by his professionalism and knowledge responding to the questions I had regarding our issue. He left me feeling confident that I have made the right choice in selecting HTP termite and pest control!

Michael has been absolutely incredible! He does a fantastic job for me every month and has been my go-to guy for years. Our working relationship started back when I was managing another restaurant, and now that I own my own, he’s still the one I trust for all my pest control needs.

Michael knows I run a clean and well-maintained operation, and I’m incredibly thankful to have him as part of my team to help keep it that way. If I ever had an issue, I would have taken it to the owner of HTP—but I’ve never needed to. Their service has always been top-notch.

Hayden was very thorough, knowledgeable and professional. I was grateful that he still came to my house and sprayed despite me having to pick up my son from school and it caused a delay in spraying inside the house as a result. He was positive and patient. Hayden also gave me good advice on how to try to handle the issue with two swallows that are trying to build a nest at my front door. I would recommend HTP to anyone who needs pest control.
