HTP Termite & Pest Control

Just had an awesome experience with Davis, who came out and explained everything about pest control that I wanted to know. He definitely went above and beyond and I’m so glad I choose this service. I am very satisfied !!! Say No to the bug life !!!

Technician was on time as scheduled. Explained to me what services he was going to perform, went about his duties and met with me upon completion. I am a fairly new customer (Annual Termite) and now Pest Extermination and all of my interactions have been positive experiences

Matt is great! Very kind and professional. As a matter of fact every employee is amazing. They've helped me become termite free. Starting in May of 2024 and here we are in September of 2024 we are finally able to make a home again. I can't express enough how reassuring they've all been each month. I'm grateful for this service.

I signed up with the plan today because I had a pest problem with southern yellow jackets and Mr. Davis came out. He told me all about their plan and program I became a member and he was polite, very professional, and they killed all of the yellow jackets we are highly allergic, and I had no idea that they had made a nest on the front porch as we do not go out that door very much. I am very grateful that they came out to handle my problem. I called this morning they came out this afternoon. I could not be more happy with the service.

Very satisfied with their service! Micheal has been awesome and timely. We have seen SIGNIFICANTLY less spiders. After the first service we didn’t see any for at least 2-3 weeks, and as soon as we started finding them again HTP came back out within a week and sprayed again! They are awesome!

Mick did a great job and reassured me he would take great care of our home. He was very professional and efficient . He explained everything to me and I appreciate his time in doing that . You can tell he loves his job and he treats his customers with the highest respect. Thank you Mick !!!!

I have nothing but praise for this company! They are quick to respond and they make sure the job is done right. Michael P. came to the house and was polite and professional. He explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He made sure I understood everything about the extermination process and advised me what to do in the future. HTP has been good to work with. Austin came out and did a thorough inspection, showed us pictures, and clearly explained what was going on and the treatment needed without feeling like a sales pitch. He was prompt in answering questions that we thought of even after he had left. Scheduling may be my only complaint because it took a little longer than I'd like to actually know when a technician would come out but once that was squared away, Mic came and installed the system. He was very professional and again took the time to explain everything and answer questions.

Matthew serviced three houses for us today. He was on time, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, very professional. We have used HTP for several years and have never had a bad experience. Matthew is exceptional and should be commended for his dedication and service to customers. It is rare to find that so keep up the good work HTP. And thank you Matthew.

We had their service for years while living in Huntingdon and they were always prompt and professional. When we needed an inspection for termites while we were in the process of selling our home they were there within the week and did a great job!
