HTP Termite & Pest Control

We had a wonderful experience with HTP pest control. They have come out to do a few treatments on our home. They are extremely polite, kind, and care about the work they do. Davis and Micheal took the time to speak with us and answer all questions we have. It was quick and easy to get ahold of the company and quick to get service. HTP has great packages to service your home year round. I’m extremely pleased! Thank you HTP!

I had a wonderful experience with HTP Termite and Pest Control. Everyone was professional and they were prompt with scheduling my service, to have my house sprayed for pest. Brett was very knowledgeable, thorough, and polite. He went over and beyond with explaining things to me and helping to resolve the issues I had at my house with regard to pest and prevention. Matt is fantastic! He is always pleasant and prompt. Our dog and even our 10 month old get excited every time he comes over. He makes sure to address any issues we have and will explain in detail his answers to all questions in a way that actually makes sense. We enjoy his visits to take care of our home.

We moved into our home 6 months ago and have experienced a bug issue primarily in the kitchen from the beginning. The technician was absolutely amazing to work with. From the initial call he was kind and ready to solve our issue asap! Once he completed the first treatment, he explained his findings and how to best proceed with eliminating the problem. He was thorough and reassuring that he could help us. We will definitely tell our friends and family about HTP.

HTP has been good to work with. Austin came out and did a thorough inspection, showed us pictures, and clearly explained what was going on and the treatment needed without feeling like a sales pitch. He was prompt in answering questions that we thought of even after he had left. Scheduling may be my only complaint because it took a little longer than I'd like to actually know when a technician would come out but once that was squared away, Mic came and installed the system. He was very professional and again took the time to explain everything and answer questions.

I did do price checking before hiring this company. This company talks to you like old friends. They offer great pricing. Other companies were robot like talking plus priced expensive. I will continue to use HTP. I highly recommend them if you want a fast, friendly, reasonable priced high quality job done for you.

Mick was really nice! Very knowledgeable, answering all my questions. He did a very thorough job. He treated me like he knew me for a long time, like a friend, even though I never met him before. Very nice! I couldn't have had a better service on my home! I'm very pleased with this company!

Matthew serviced three houses for us today. He was on time, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, very professional. We have used HTP for several years and have never had a bad experience. Michael has been absolutely incredible! He does a fantastic job for me every month and has been my go-to guy for years. Our working relationship started back when I was managing another restaurant, and now that I own my own, he’s still the one I trust for all my pest control needs.

Michael knows I run a clean and well-maintained operation, and I’m incredibly thankful to have him as part of my team to help keep it that way. If I ever had an issue, I would have taken it to the owner of HTP—but I’ve never needed to. Their service has always been top-notch.

I called Friday afternoon needing someone to remove a Wasp nest. Luckily, I talked to Davis. He was here on Saturday, inspected the problem and sprayed everything. He was very professional and new exactly what was needed. I will definitely use him again.

This company always delivers, and the service is excellent. Gives a good heads up when they will be here, and show when expected. Even living out in the country, they work well to keep the creepy crawlies away!! Highly recommend, and you won’t regret it.
