New customer, I have say Awesome job! The Technition was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He was very thorough and detailed with everything he did. Very pleased with this initial first visit. Super glad I called this company instead of "other guys".

I didn't get a chance to meet our tech, but we were notified that he was on his way, just as we requested. He was here within the time we were told. Quick, efficient. I won't know how happy I really am until we don't see red wasps this year. Each of the past 2 or 3 years you've sprayed, we have not had them. Such a relief. I don't expect to this year, either! Matt is great. You guys would not be disappointed with HTP pest control. Whatever they use works wonders. Make sure to ask for Matt, he is a hard worker and does everything he's supposed to the same way everytime plus he's honest and trustworthy.

I called Friday afternoon needing someone to remove a Wasp nest. Luckily, I talked to Davis. He was here on Saturday, inspected the problem and sprayed everything. He was very professional and new exactly what was needed. I will definitely use him again.

I absolutely love James! He’s super polite and very professional but has a super kind demeanor. On almost all the times he’s came to spray the house I was home alone with my daughter and didn’t feel uncomfortable at all or awkward. I felt my concerns were taken very seriously. He also does my parents home and I recognized him from two or three times I had seen him there and when he found out which house was my parents he even asked about our two pomeranians that torment him every time he does their house. Highly recommend Mr. James.

The man who did the visit was very nice and professional. The price for the contract was the lowest I found. It is now 5 days past the original visit and I am still seeing roaches. So I'm disappointed in that. Whether it will get better? I truly hope!

He was very nice and polite. He was very informative about what he was going to do and knowledgeable. After he was finished he then told us what he found while spraying. I am sure he is an asset to your business. Employees like him make me glad we do business with your company.
