Technician was on time as scheduled. Explained to me what services he was going to perform, went about his duties and met with me upon completion. I am a fairly new customer (Annual Termite) and now Pest Extermination and all of my interactions have been positive experiences

HTP performed mold remediation and termite prevention services for me. They provided very friendly service and were reasonable with their pricing. They also provided excellent service in a prompt and professional manner. I highly recommend HTP.

Davis came to spray those pesky spiders away today. Yay! He even included my garage & walk area under the house, and kind to my dog & cats. He was professional & courteous. Also, the office always gives me the courtesy of a phone call to remind me of an upcoming appointment. I appreciate the reminder because I often forget. I'm grateful for their service.

Mick was super friendly and efficient!

I have a large house and yard so I know it took him a bit longer but that's completely fine!

Thank yall so much for the help getting the pesky pests under control!

Logan came today and did the mosquito treatment! I have large yard and they were quick and efficient!

Brett did our indoor treatment today! Very kind and pleasant! Even my chewie dog took to him!

Prompt service for our tiny ant infestation. The ants decided to hide when Rob came to service the problem. We discussed their disappearing act and felt the problem was solved at least until they decide to re-appear. If another application is necessary, i will call.

Thank you, Dean E. Robb

Genuinely the kindest, most thorough company. Mr. Davis was a very old school down to earth, get it done right the first time kind of person. HTP genuinely cares about their customers and views them as people and not just profit. He was always available for questions at all times of the day and kept me in the loop the entire time. 10/10 recommend HTP and Mr Davis. They will be our go to person for anything that may arise in the future. Also definitely worth your dime. $

Matt is great! Very kind and professional. As a matter of fact every employee is amazing. They've helped me become termite free. Starting in May of 2024 and here we are in September of 2024 we are finally able to make a home again. I can't express enough how reassuring they've all been each month. I'm grateful for this service.

Had alot of wasp in my addict and around the out side of my house. Called HTP and ask about them coming out because the wasp where starting to come in the house and I'm allergic to them. They was able to send someone out that next day and spray. If you need someone to come out ask for Davis he did a great job. Thanks HTP.

Special thanks to the technician Matt from HTP Termite and Pest Control for his exceptional service during our annual termite inspection. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to address all our concerns. Matt's professionalism and expertise truly made the experience seamless and reassuring.

HTP is the way to go if you’re looking for pest control. They offer affordable prices, excellent customer service, and a guarantee to solve your problem and/ or prevent one in the first place. The gentleman that takes care of my home, Matt, has always been overly thorough, polite, and excellent with communicating & scheduling. I highly recommend their service; make yourself a part of the HTP family!

The technician was very professional and explained everything that was being done on this service call. I felt that he went above what you’d expect for a yearly maintenance call. Very impressed and glad we decided to use this company to help protect our home!

HTP has been good to work with. Austin came out and did a thorough inspection, showed us pictures, and clearly explained what was going on and the treatment needed without feeling like a sales pitch. He was prompt in answering questions that we thought of even after he had left. Scheduling may be my only complaint because it took a little longer than I'd like to actually know when a technician would come out but once that was squared away, Mic came and installed the system. He was very professional and again took the time to explain everything and answer questions.
