We had a wonderful experience with HTP pest control. They have come out to do a few treatments on our home. They are extremely polite, kind, and care about the work they do. Davis and Micheal took the time to speak with us and answer all questions we have. It was quick and easy to get ahold of the company and quick to get service. I signed up with the plan today because I had a pest problem with southern yellow jackets and Mr. Davis came out. He told me all about their plan and program I became a member and he was polite, very professional, and they killed all of the yellow jackets we are highly allergic, and I had no idea that they had made a nest on the front porch as we do not go out that door very much. I am very grateful that they came out to handle my problem. I called this morning they came out this afternoon. I could not be more happy with the service.

Really appreciate how HTP sends notifications using three types of communication, for an upcoming appointment by e-mail, phone call and text.

Mr. Matt Vison does a very professional and thorough inspection in a friendly manner. He ensures he finds ALL the termite bait stations and that they are in good working order. This gentleman should be awarded a pay raise every year as he is the type of professional a company/business needs to retain for their work force.

Wonderful experience!! I called An employee, David Taylor and told him about a problem that my elderly neighbor was having and within minutes I was receiving a call from Clint. Clint came as soon as he could to inspect and do a quick estimate without even seeing the actual infestation.

He then came with another worker and they knocked it out in just a few minutes very politely, professionally, and for less money than he quoted. They also explained what they were doing and teaching us about termites.

We had their service for years while living in Huntingdon and they were always prompt and professional. When we needed an inspection for termites while we were in the process of selling our home they were there within the week and did a great job!

Hayden is an outstanding employee. Friendly, Knowledgeable, and incredible customer service. I was curious what was in the termite bait stations, as Hayden serviced them he showed me and explained it all. Even hold me about studies done at the university of Florida on termite baits. A++
