HTP technician made a thorough inspection. He asked if there were any specific problems we had noticed. He inspected and sprayed throughly both inside and out. He was professional and very courteous. HTP has serviced our property since 1969 and taken care of our insect and pest needs.

Rob from HTP Termite and Pest was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He quickly found and treated three hornet nests (including a large one under my back porch that I hadn’t even noticed). He answered all my questions thoroughly and gave me helpful tips on how to prevent pests in the future. I’m very grateful for his work and the excellent way he represented HTP. Their pricing is also very reasonable. I highly recommend them!

I’m on a schedule with them now, which brings the cost down even less, versus a one only service.

I didn't get a chance to meet our tech, but we were notified that he was on his way, just as we requested. He was here within the time we were told. Quick, efficient. I won't know how happy I really am until we don't see red wasps this year. Each of the past 2 or 3 years you've sprayed, we have not had them. Such a relief. I don't expect to this year, either! Mick was really nice! Very knowledgeable, answering all my questions. He did a very thorough job. He treated me like he knew me for a long time, like a friend, even though I never met him before. Very nice! I couldn't have had a better service on my home! I'm very pleased with this company!

New pest control company, HTTP termite and pest control Inc start taking care of my home today. The technician Michael was very professional very friendly and listened and answered all my questions. I really appreciated that as we are just getting started with service.

The technician was very professional and explained everything that was being done on this service call. I felt that he went above what you’d expect for a yearly maintenance call. Very impressed and glad we decided to use this company to help protect our home!

Lee came out, and worked his magic. Found everything he needed to, lined the fix for those he couldn’t, and cleaned out the termite traps from the yearly muck. Companies are good, but people make the company. Lee has earned my business, and will continue to do so. I have no doubt.

HTP has been good to work with. Austin came out and did a thorough inspection, showed us pictures, and clearly explained what was going on and the treatment needed without feeling like a sales pitch. He was prompt in answering questions that we thought of even after he had left. Scheduling may be my only complaint because it took a little longer than I'd like to actually know when a technician would come out but once that was squared away, Mic came and installed the system. He was very professional and again took the time to explain everything and answer questions.

I absolutely love James! He’s super polite and very professional but has a super kind demeanor. On almost all the times he’s came to spray the house I was home alone with my daughter and didn’t feel uncomfortable at all or awkward. I felt my concerns were taken very seriously. He also does my parents home and I recognized him from two or three times I had seen him there and when he found out which house was my parents he even asked about our two pomeranians that torment him every time he does their house.
