Matt came and did our quarterly service and the annual check of the Sentricon stations. All the techs that have provided service have been great, but I’m so happy to have Matt back. He’s the best! Had alot of wasp in my addict and around the out side of my house. Called HTP and ask about them coming out because the wasp where starting to come in the house and I'm allergic to them. They was able to send someone out that next day and spray. If you need someone to come out ask for Davis he did a great job. Thanks HTP.

Very thorough inspection and requested my input on where I thought the problems were. He explained everything he was going to do and about the bait they use, as I had problems mainly with mice, and I was desperate to get rid of them! He was professional and very kind.

My technician David was extremely thorough, friendly, kind, and Godly. He informed me of every step he took and what he was doing. He encouraged me to walk with him and watch to ensure proper service. I could not recommend this man and this company enough. We are new to the area and found HTP online. We called to inquire about price and services. We received a response immediately and our new home was treated in 2 days. Davis Taylor was our technician and he was amazing! He explained everything he was doing and why in detail and even walked my property with me and showed me things to look for and avoid to control the ants. He really took his time and did not rush. Also Mr. Taylor was extremely personable, almost felt like family by the time he left.

I signed up with the plan today because I had a pest problem with southern yellow jackets and Mr. Davis came out. He told me all about their plan and program I became a member and he was polite, very professional, and they killed all of the yellow jackets we are highly allergic, and I had no idea that they had made a nest on the front porch as we do not go out that door very much. I am very grateful that they came out to handle my problem. I called this morning they came out this afternoon. I could not be more happy with the service.

He was very nice and polite. He was very informative about what he was going to do and knowledgeable. After he was finished he then told us what he found while spraying. I am sure he is an asset to your business. Employees like him make me glad we do business with your company.

Super friendly very negotiable gave us a great deal on bed covers and checked everything and explained to us what to look for! Had him do several services for me and they have been nothing short of excellent everytime! Definitely someone to go to for your pest needs! Clint is wonderful!

I didn't get a chance to meet our tech, but we were notified that he was on his way, just as we requested. He was here within the time we were told. Quick, efficient. I won't know how happy I really am until we don't see red wasps this year. Each of the past 2 or 3 years you've sprayed, we have not had them. Such a relief. I don't expect to this year, either!
