Mick serviced our property today for the first time and we would highly recommend him and his company HTP Termite & Pest Control Service. He treated our property for Carpenter Bees, Mosquitoes, Termites & Pests. He was VERY thorough. He answered all my husband’s questions very knowledgeably & in detail. He arrived on time, even calling ahead to let me know he was on his way.

When he found out we had a dog he made sure to inform my husband to keep our pet in the house at least two hours after he completed spraying. We appreciate that he was cautious of our pet.

We are new to the area and found HTP online. We called to inquire about price and services. We received a response immediately and our new home was treated in 2 days. Davis Taylor was our technician and he was amazing! He explained everything he was doing and why in detail and even walked my property with me and showed me things to look for and avoid to control the ants. He really took his time and did not rush. Also Mr. Taylor was extremely personable, almost felt like family by the time he left.

Mick did a wonderful job today. He was very thorough in explaining the chemical used to me, as well as spraying every inch, inside and out, that was much needed and where I asked. I absolutely love James! He’s super polite and very professional but has a super kind demeanor. On almost all the times he’s came to spray the house I was home alone with my daughter and didn’t feel uncomfortable at all or awkward. I felt my concerns were taken very seriously. He also does my parents home and I recognized him from two or three times I had seen him there and when he found out which house was my parents he even asked about our two pomeranians that torment him every time he does their house. Highly recommend Mr. James.

My technician David was extremely thorough, friendly, kind, and Godly. He informed me of every step he took and what he was doing. He encouraged me to walk with him and watch to ensure proper service. I could not recommend this man and this company enough. Matt is great. He knows his job and does it the same way every time and makes sure you're satisfied. I know I can trust him and his work. If I'm not here and my grandfather is sleeping, he will check with me to see if I want him to lock the door when he leaves. He is a great worker for sure. One more thing whatever they use works wonders.

Genuinely the kindest, most thorough company. Mr. Davis was a very old school down to earth, get it done right the first time kind of person. We moved into our home 6 months ago and have experienced a bug issue primarily in the kitchen from the beginning. The technician was absolutely amazing to work with. From the initial call he was kind and ready to solve our issue asap! Once he completed the first treatment, he explained his findings and how to best proceed with eliminating the problem. He was thorough and reassuring that he could help us. We will definitely tell our friends and family about HTP.

Clint came as soon as he could to inspect and do a quick estimate without even seeing the actual infestation.

He then came with another worker and they knocked it out in just a few minutes very politely, professionally, and for less money than he quoted. They also explained what they were doing and teaching us about termites.

Rob from HTP Termite and Pest was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He quickly found and treated three hornet nests (including a large one under my back porch that I hadn’t even noticed). He answered all my questions thoroughly and gave me helpful tips on how to prevent pests in the future. I’m very grateful for his work and the excellent way he represented HTP. Their pricing is also very reasonable. I highly recommend them!

I’m on a schedule with them now, which brings the cost down even less, versus a one only service.
