HTP has been good to work with. Austin came out and did a thorough inspection, showed us pictures, and clearly explained what was going on and the treatment needed without feeling like a sales pitch. He was prompt in answering questions that we thought of even after he had left. Scheduling may be my only complaint because it took a little longer than I'd like to actually know when a technician would come out but once that was squared away, Mic came and installed the system. He was very professional and again took the time to explain everything and answer questions.

Rob from HTP Termite and Pest was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He quickly found and treated three hornet nests (including a large one under my back porch that I hadn’t even noticed). He answered all my questions thoroughly and gave me helpful tips on how to prevent pests in the future. I’m very grateful for his work and the excellent way he represented HTP. Their pricing is also very reasonable. I highly recommend them!

I’m on a schedule with them now, which brings the cost down even less, versus a one only service.

When we moved in our rental property we noticed some pests and wanted to get ahead of any infestation. Mick came out and was extremely helpful in identifying and taking care of the problem! A very friendly and professional service, highly recommend!

I didn't get a chance to meet our tech, but we were notified that he was on his way, just as we requested. He was here within the time we were told. Quick, efficient. I won't know how happy I really am until we don't see red wasps this year. Each of the past 2 or 3 years you've sprayed, we have not had them. Such a relief. I don't expect to this year, either! I highly recommend HTP for any pesty needs! From the moment I called, they were very pleasant to work with. Response time was great and they worked with me on servicing my needs in a very timely manner without pressing them for time. Unfortunately, due to the known name Servall, I called them first but had a bad experience that led me to HTP instead. I say everything happens for a reason. I believe it could be so that I would find a better company and be able to share that great experience with others.

He then came with another worker and they knocked it out in just a few minutes very politely, professionally, and for less money than he quoted. They also explained what they were doing and teaching us about termites.

Super friendly very negotiable gave us a great deal on bed covers and checked everything and explained to us what to look for! Had him do several services for me and they have been nothing short of excellent everytime! Definitely someone to go to for your pest needs! Clint is wonderful!
