He makes sure to address any issues we have and will explain in detail his answers to all questions in a way that actually makes sense. We enjoy his visits to take care of our home.

Mick serviced our property today for the first time and we would highly recommend him and his company HTP Termite & Pest Control Service. He treated our property for Carpenter Bees, Mosquitoes, Termites & Pests. He was VERY thorough. He answered all my husband’s questions very knowledgeably & in detail. He arrived on time, even calling ahead to let me know he was on his way.

When he found out we had a dog he made sure to inform my husband to keep our pet in the house at least two hours after he completed spraying. We appreciate that he was cautious of our pet.

I absolutely love James! He’s super polite and very professional but has a super kind demeanor. On almost all the times he’s came to spray the house I was home alone with my daughter and didn’t feel uncomfortable at all or awkward. I felt my concerns were taken very seriously. He also does my parents home and I recognized him from two or three times I had seen him there and when he found out which house was my parents he even asked about our two pomeranians that torment him every time he does their house. Been with this company for a while, but today a new guy named Mick came out to spray my house. He introduced himself in a very well manner & was very thorough with spraying. So far since we've been using their services, we haven't had hardly any pest problems so 10/10 would recommend.
