Everyone I spoke with or interacted with at HTP was top notch. I called in and was able to get a quote the same day and service was scheduled for 2 days later. The price was extremely reasonable and included everything I might need. Austin & Christian were the 2 technicians sent out and they were both wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. We could not have asked for better service. Highly recommend HTP for anyone looking to handle any pest control issues.

The man who did the visit was very nice and professional. The price for the contract was the lowest I found. It is now 5 days past the original visit and I am still seeing roaches. So I'm disappointed in that. Whether it will get better? I truly hope!

We moved into our home 6 months ago and have experienced a bug issue primarily in the kitchen from the beginning. The technician was absolutely amazing to work with. From the initial call he was kind and ready to solve our issue asap! Once he completed the first treatment, he explained his findings and how to best proceed with eliminating the problem. He was thorough and reassuring that he could help us. We will definitely tell our friends and family about HTP.

Matt is great. He knows his job and does it the same way every time and makes sure you're satisfied. I know I can trust him and his work. If I'm not here and my grandfather is sleeping, he will check with me to see if I want him to lock the door when he leaves. He is a great worker for sure. One more thing whatever they use works wonders.

Matt is fantastic! He is always pleasant and prompt. Our dog and even our 10 month old get excited every time he comes over. Very thorough inspection and requested my input on where I thought the problems were. He explained everything he was going to do and about the bait they use, as I had problems mainly with mice, and I was desperate to get rid of them! He was professional and very kind.
