We moved into our home 6 months ago and have experienced a bug issue primarily in the kitchen from the beginning. The technician was absolutely amazing to work with. I also own a business, and they service that as well. Their customer service is top-notch, and their products are excellent. Of course, like with any service industry, things happen from time to time. But whenever I’ve had an issue, I just give them a call, and they resolve it quickly. That’s just the nature of the bug industry—stuff happens, but it’s how they handle it that matters.

Lee came out, and worked his magic. Found everything he needed to, lined the fix for those he couldn’t, and cleaned out the termite traps from the yearly muck. Companies are good, but people make the company. Lee has earned my business, and will continue to do so. I have no doubt.

We had a wonderful experience with HTP pest control. They have come out to do a few treatments on our home. They are extremely polite, kind, and care about the work they do. Davis and Micheal took the time to speak with us and answer all questions we have. It was quick and easy to get ahold of the company and quick to get service. The man who did the visit was very nice and professional. The price for the contract was the lowest I found. It is now 5 days past the original visit and I am still seeing roaches. So I'm disappointed in that. Whether it will get better? I truly hope!

My former exterminators were charging me hand over fist. They were also charging without permission. Not only did this company help me out, I'm paying half, AND they're helping me with my problem. They're sending reports, keeping me in the loop, and I feel a part of the care and not just a paycheck.

Rob from HTP Termite and Pest was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He quickly found and treated three hornet nests (including a large one under my back porch that I hadn’t even noticed). He answered all my questions thoroughly and gave me helpful tips on how to prevent pests in the future. I’m very grateful for his work and the excellent way he represented HTP.
