I had a wonderful experience with HTP Termite and Pest Control. Everyone was professional and they were prompt with scheduling my service, to have my house sprayed for pest. Brett was very knowledgeable, thorough, and polite. He went over and beyond with explaining things to me and helping to resolve the issues I had at my house with regard to pest and prevention. I would recommend him coming out to anyone in need of pest control.

He explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He made sure I understood everything about the extermination process and advised me what to do in the future. I absolutely love James! He’s super polite and very professional but has a super kind demeanor. On almost all the times he’s came to spray the house I was home alone with my daughter and didn’t feel uncomfortable at all or awkward. I felt my concerns were taken very seriously. He also does my parents home and I recognized him from two or three times I had seen him there and when he found out which house was my parents he even asked about our two pomeranians that torment him every time he does their house. Highly recommend Mr. James.

Clint came as soon as he could to inspect and do a quick estimate without even seeing the actual infestation.

He then came with another worker and they knocked it out in just a few minutes very politely, professionally, and for less money than he quoted. They also explained what they were doing and teaching us about termites.

Recently been having an issue with cockroaches in my house called HTP Termite & Pest Control they came out same day after I called and took care of my cockroach issue and brown recluse issue that I had no idea I had as well as teaching me things about cockroaches which I never knew about. They were in and out and handled everything professionally will be using them again if I have any more pest issues
