Mick was excellent! He communicated clearly from the moment he scheduled his arrival through every step of the assessment process. He listened to my concerns, offered helpful feedback on preventative measures, and explained additional services—like termite prevention—that I hadn’t considered. He was friendly, courteous, and professional throughout.

The technician was very professional and explained everything that was being done on this service call. I felt that he went above what you’d expect for a yearly maintenance call. Very impressed and glad we decided to use this company to help protect our home!

Our experience with Davis from HTP has been wonderful ! Each time we’ve had an issue he has taken the time to explain what we were dealing with, assure us he could help & promptly done just that ! Rob from HTP Termite and Pest was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He quickly found and treated three hornet nests (including a large one under my back porch that I hadn’t even noticed). He answered all my questions thoroughly and gave me helpful tips on how to prevent pests in the future. I’m very grateful for his work and the excellent way he represented HTP. Their pricing is also very reasonable. I highly recommend them!

I’m on a schedule with them now, which brings the cost down even less, versus a one only service.

Wonderful experience!! I called An employee, David Taylor and told him about a problem that my elderly neighbor was having and within minutes I was receiving a call from Clint. He got an employee over to help within hours!! Everyone was so nice and helpful! I will definitely use HTP again. I can never thank you and your team enough!!! Ya’ll Are the best!!

I also own a business, and they service that as well. Their customer service is top-notch, and their products are excellent. Of course, like with any service industry, things happen from time to time. But whenever I’ve had an issue, I just give them a call, and they resolve it quickly. That’s just the nature of the bug industry—stuff happens, but it’s how they handle it that matters.

My technician David was extremely thorough, friendly, kind, and Godly. He informed me of every step he took and what he was doing. He encouraged me to walk with him and watch to ensure proper service. I could not recommend this man and this company enough. Anyone looking for pest control would be doing themselves a disservice to call anyone else but HTP Termite and Pest Control.

Matt is prompt, professional and extremely detailed during his service visits. Not only is service great, but my dog about jumps all over him and licks him and wants to play all the time. He’s super understanding and patient about it and is so good with him.

I highly recommend HTP for any pesty needs! From the moment I called, they were very pleasant to work with. Response time was great and they worked with me on servicing my needs in a very timely manner without pressing them for time. Unfortunately, due to the known name Servall, I called them first but had a bad experience that led me to HTP instead. I say everything happens for a reason. I believe it could be so that I would find a better company and be able to share that great experience with others.
