Rob from HTP Termite and Pest was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He quickly found and treated three hornet nests (including a large one under my back porch that I hadn’t even noticed). He answered all my questions thoroughly and gave me helpful tips on how to prevent pests in the future. I’m very grateful for his work and the excellent way he represented HTP. Their pricing is also very reasonable. I highly recommend them!

I’m on a schedule with them now, which brings the cost down even less, versus a one only service.

I highly recommend HTP for any pesty needs! From the moment I called, they were very pleasant to work with. Response time was great and they worked with me on servicing my needs in a very timely manner without pressing them for time. Unfortunately, due to the known name Servall, I called them first but had a bad experience that led me to HTP instead. I say everything happens for a reason. I believe it could be so that I would find a better company and be able to share that great experience with others.

I’ve used HTP pest control going on two years and they are always quick to get me set up. I’ve moved while having service and when I called to transfer over they were ready to get me back going. They explain everything and always show up on the scheduled days. That’s a huge deal in my book now days! I will always use them!

Matt is prompt, professional and extremely detailed during his service visits. Not only is service great, but my dog about jumps all over him and licks him and wants to play all the time. He’s super understanding and patient about it and is so good with him.

Really appreciate how HTP sends notifications using three types of communication, for an upcoming appointment by e-mail, phone call and text.

Mr. Matt Vison does a very professional and thorough inspection in a friendly manner. He ensures he finds ALL the termite bait stations and that they are in good working order. This gentleman should be awarded a pay raise every year as he is the type of professional a company/business needs to retain for their work force.

Hayden is an outstanding employee. Friendly, Knowledgeable, and incredible customer service. I was curious what was in the termite bait stations, as Hayden serviced them he showed me and explained it all. Even hold me about studies done at the university of Florida on termite baits. A++

Very satisfied with their service! Micheal has been awesome and timely. We have seen SIGNIFICANTLY less spiders. After the first service we didn’t see any for at least 2-3 weeks, and as soon as we started finding them again HTP came back out within a week and sprayed again! They are awesome!
