The man who did the visit was very nice and professional. The price for the contract was the lowest I found. It is now 5 days past the original visit and I am still seeing roaches. So I'm disappointed in that. Whether it will get better? I truly hope!

I’ve been a customer of HTP for years now, and I can confidently say they are one of those rare companies that truly care about their customers and their work.

I also own a business, and they service that as well. Their customer service is top-notch, and their products are excellent. Of course, like with any service industry, things happen from time to time. But whenever I’ve had an issue, I just give them a call, and they resolve it quickly. That’s just the nature of the bug industry—stuff happens, but it’s how they handle it that matters.

Davis came to spray those pesky spiders away today. Yay! He even included my garage & walk area under the house, and kind to my dog & cats. He was professional & courteous. Also, the office always gives me the courtesy of a phone call to remind me of an upcoming appointment. I appreciate the reminder because I often forget. I'm grateful for their service.

Matt is prompt, professional and extremely detailed during his service visits. Not only is service great, but my dog about jumps all over him and licks him and wants to play all the time. He’s super understanding and patient about it and is so good with him.

Hayden is an outstanding employee. Friendly, Knowledgeable, and incredible customer service. I was curious what was in the termite bait stations, as Hayden serviced them he showed me and explained it all. Even hold me about studies done at the university of Florida on termite baits. A++

Prompt service for our tiny ant infestation. The ants decided to hide when Rob came to service the problem. We discussed their disappearing act and felt the problem was solved at least until they decide to re-appear. If another application is necessary, i will call.

We are new to the area and found HTP online. We called to inquire about price and services. We received a response immediately and our new home was treated in 2 days. Davis Taylor was our technician and he was amazing! He explained everything he was doing and why in detail and even walked my property with me and showed me things to look for and avoid to control the ants. He really took his time and did not rush. Also Mr. Taylor was extremely personable, almost felt like family by the time he left.

HTP technician made a thorough inspection. He asked if there were any specific problems we had noticed. He inspected and sprayed throughly both inside and out. He was professional and very courteous. HTP has serviced our property since 1969 and taken care of our insect and pest needs.

Lee came out, and worked his magic. Found everything he needed to, lined the fix for those he couldn’t, and cleaned out the termite traps from the yearly muck. Companies are good, but people make the company. Lee has earned my business, and will continue to do so. I have no doubt.
