I absolutely love James! He’s super polite and very professional but has a super kind demeanor. On almost all the times he’s came to spray the house I was home alone with my daughter and didn’t feel uncomfortable at all or awkward. I felt my concerns were taken very seriously. He also does my parents home and I recognized him from two or three times I had seen him there and when he found out which house was my parents he even asked about our two pomeranians that torment him every time he does their house. Highly recommend Mr. James.

Prompt service for our tiny ant infestation. The ants decided to hide when Rob came to service the problem. We discussed their disappearing act and felt the problem was solved at least until they decide to re-appear. If another application is necessary, i will call.

I’ve used HTP pest control going on two years and they are always quick to get me set up. I’ve moved while having service and when I called to transfer over they were ready to get me back going. They explain everything and always show up on the scheduled days. That’s a huge deal in my book now days! I will always use them!

Mr. Matt Vison does a very professional and thorough inspection in a friendly manner. He ensures he finds ALL the termite bait stations and that they are in good working order. This gentleman should be awarded a pay raise every year as he is the type of professional a company/business needs to retain for their work force.

HTP has been good to work with. Austin came out and did a thorough inspection, showed us pictures, and clearly explained what was going on and the treatment needed without feeling like a sales pitch. He was prompt in answering questions that we thought of even after he had left. Scheduling may be my only complaint because it took a little longer than I'd like to actually know when a technician would come out but once that was squared away, Mic came and installed the system. He was very professional and again took the time to explain everything and answer questions.

Hayden has been servicing our property for quite some time. He’s very informative, great with our family pet, and always super professional. Today he had a helper/trainee perhaps, Hayden is definitely the person I would want training my employees. We never have any bugs, spiders, or ants in our house. HTP and Hayden are top notch in our eyes.
