We moved into our home 6 months ago and have experienced a bug issue primarily in the kitchen from the beginning. The technician was absolutely amazing to work with. From the initial call he was kind and ready to solve our issue asap! Once he completed the first treatment, he explained his findings and how to best proceed with eliminating the problem. He was thorough and reassuring that he could help us. We will definitely tell our friends and family about HTP.

I’ve had HTP for a few months now and they are always friendly and do a good job. The tech came and sprayed all over our home, asked if everything was ok and even put some bait out in the yard to help keep critters away. So far over the past few months of having them do annual pest control, we haven’t experienced much of a pest problem at all.

Hayden at HTP is an excellent tech! Kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. And their spider treatment has worked so well! We've tried other pest services, but none has worked this well.

David is excellent as well! He came to help us with a huge influx of spiders between seasons. Super kind and very thorough. Excellent service all around.

Matt came and did our quarterly service and the annual check of the Sentricon stations. All the techs that have provided service have been great, but I’m so happy to have Matt back. He’s the best! I’ve been a customer of HTP for years now, and I can confidently say they are one of those rare companies that truly care about their customers and their work.

I also own a business, and they service that as well. Their customer service is top-notch, and their products are excellent. Of course, like with any service industry, things happen from time to time. But whenever I’ve had an issue, I just give them a call, and they resolve it quickly. That’s just the nature of the bug industry—stuff happens, but it’s how they handle it that matters.

The man who did the visit was very nice and professional. The price for the contract was the lowest I found. It is now 5 days past the original visit and I am still seeing roaches. So I'm disappointed in that. Whether it will get better? I truly hope!

Prompt service for our tiny ant infestation. The ants decided to hide when Rob came to service the problem. We discussed their disappearing act and felt the problem was solved at least until they decide to re-appear. If another application is necessary, i will call.

Davis with HTP stopped by the house to help us out with an ant problem. He was the most professional, kind, informative technican I have ever met. Explained his process step by step as he sprayed and even fielded my annoying questions the whole time. Highly recommend!

I signed up with the plan today because I had a pest problem with southern yellow jackets and Mr. Davis came out. He told me all about their plan and program I became a member and he was polite, very professional, and they killed all of the yellow jackets we are highly allergic, and I had no idea that they had made a nest on the front porch as we do not go out that door very much. I am very grateful that they came out to handle my problem. I called this morning they came out this afternoon. I could not be more happy with the service.
